Spare Parts Inventory Assistance:
We provide a consumptive parts list for each machine we provide, which recommends the spare parts you need to buy additionally.
STANDARD CLAUSE FOR MACHINE EXPORT:
1.Terms of Payment: 30% as down payment (deposit), the left 70% should be paid before shipment or should be paid by irrevocable, confirmed L/C at sight.
2.Shipping port: Qingdao port
3.Lead time: 20 to 60 days according to machines required
4.The machine quotation does not include installation, packing, training cost and after-sale service cost. If buyers need YUEFENG supply engineers to their country for installation, training or after-sale service, the buyers should bear the following costs: round ticket, accommodation, and service fee 30 USD/day.
5. Guarantee
Guarantee period: 13months from the shipping date in China.
If parts are defective during the guarantee period, YUEFENG will replace them freely. Two kinds of defective parts are excluded guarantee: FIRST, the defective parts caused by fault of operators. SECOND, Consumptive parts: some parts need to be changed periodically. YUEFENG have a list for all the consumptive parts for each machine.
6. Packing:
(1) Wooden crate
(2) Channel steel base, covered with plastic bag
(3) The packing cost is excluded in price quotation, customers need to pay separately. The package costs are different with different machines.
(4) Suggestion:
For small insulating glass machines, wooden crates are unnecessary.
For all PVC machines and ALUMINUM machines, wooden crates are unnecessary.
